1. Before lighting your new candle, trim the wick to a ¼ height.
2. Light your candle in a well-ventilated room, away from direct drafts.
3. Burn candles for one and a half to two hours at a time or until the wax has pooled to the edges. Do not keep the candle lit for longer than four hours at a time.
4. Trim the wick before each burn.
5. Make sure you stop burning your candle when ½” of wax remains at the bottom.
