All of our candles are handmade in small batches right in the heart of New York City by co-founders and husband + wife team, Nikki Garcia and Charlie Sotamba. And sometimes, if we ask really nicely, our daughters chip in. 😆

We use a coconut soy blend wax and braided flat cotton wicks with a paper core. We’ve partnered with Fragrance Oils, UK based scent makers since 1967, and supported by Givaudan, one of the largest fragrance houses in the world. Our fragrance oils are made from a combination of essential oils and synthetic oils, are put through rigorous commercial safety testing, and are vegan and cruelty free. Our vessels are glass with stainless steel lids, and are recyclable and reusable. All of our shipping boxes and paper cushioning are completely recyclable.

Our candles have been made to easily fill an average sized bedroom with our soothing and cozy scents.

We believe that a cozy life is a safe one free of harmful toxins. Our candles are made from eco-friendly and natural candle wax and wicks and quality fragrances to keep harmful toxins from humans and their beloved pets. Like humans, pets can be more sensitive to fragrances than others. You know your pet better than anyone. Please keep lit and unlit candles out of reach from animals, so they aren’t tempted to lick or consume the wax or other candle components.

We are currently only shipping to Canada, but we hope that we will be able to ship to other countries in the future.

Yes, we currently provide free shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more and $100 or more for Canadian orders.

If your package has been marked delivered for seven days or more, and you still haven’t received it, we will replace your package. If there are two or more occasions where your package is lost, the Cozy Life Candle Studio will notify the shipping carrier for further investigation before we can replace the package. 

Maybe!! If you have not already received tracking information, we might be able to change your shipping address. However, if your package is already in transit, you will need to contact the carrier to help with rerouting your package.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at support@cozylifecandlestudio.com for further details. 

Certainly! We understand that things change. If you have not received tracking information, please reach out to support@cozylifecandlestudio.com for a refund. Refunds will take 3 to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

So sorry! Please reach out to support@cozylifecandlestudio.com so we can assist you in getting the correct items. If the candle happens to be out of stock, we will refund you the cost of the item you were supposed to receive. Please feel free to keep the other candles! No returns are necessary.

We are so sorry! At The Cozy Life Candle Studio, all of our products are carefully inspected and packed before they are shipped. Unfortunately, once the order leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods, and no longer in our control. 

Please note that used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to support@cozylifecandlestudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
